- About Swayam Saarthi
Swayam Saarthi is a social enterprise initiative based in Vadodara, Gujarat. We connect first-time entrepreneurs and small businesses (“Swayam”) with mentors (“Saarthi”) and supporting organizations, and we help people find and hire skilled entrepreneurs for real work.
Swayam Saarthi is not currently registered as a formal legal entity (Trust, Society, or Section 8 company). We operate as an initiative under this name, and these terms describe how our website and services work regardless of that status.
- What We Do — and What We Don’t Do
Swayam Saarthi is a connector, not an employer, contractor, or guarantor.
- We help introduce people who need work done (“Hirers”) to entrepreneurs who can do that work (“Swayam”), with a Saarthi (mentor) helping understand the requirement and make a suitable match.
- We do not employ any Swayam or Saarthi listed on this site.
- We do not supervise, control, or guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work carried out by a Swayam.
- Any agreement about the work, pricing, timeline, or payment is a private matter directly between the Hirer and the Swayam. Swayam Saarthi is not a party to that agreement.
- Our hiring/matching service is completely free — we do not charge any fee or commission to the person hiring, and we do not currently charge Swayam or Saarthi for participating in the directory.
If a dispute arises between a Hirer and a Swayam about the work carried out, that dispute is between those two parties. We’re happy to help where we reasonably can, but we are not responsible for resolving it and accept no liability for it.
- Who Can Use This Website
This website is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or older, businesses, and organizations based in India. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and truthful.
- Directory Listings
Profiles of Swayam, Saarthi, and partner organizations on this website are currently entered and managed by our team. While we make a reasonable effort to keep this information accurate and up to date, we don’t guarantee its completeness or accuracy at all times, and we’re not liable for outdated or incorrect information appearing on a listing.
If you notice something inaccurate on a listing, please let us know at info@craft.swayamsaarthi.com and we’ll correct it.
- Using the Hiring / Inquiry Form
When you submit a request through our “Hire a Skilled Entrepreneur” form, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate
- You understand that submitting the form does not guarantee you will be matched with a Swayam, or that any match will meet your specific requirements
- We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding your inquiry
- There is no cost to you for using this service
- Acceptable Use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the site or the information on it for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the website’s normal operation
- Scrape, copy, or republish directory listings in bulk without our permission
- Harass, abuse, or misrepresent yourself to any Swayam, Saarthi, or organization listed on this site
We reserve the right to remove any content, restrict access, or take other reasonable action if these terms are not followed.

- Work carried out by a Swayam for a Hirer
- Reliance on directory information
